Natalie Phelps Finnie is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 118th District since September 2017.[1] The 118th district includes the Southern Illinois counties of Alexander, Pulaski, Massac, Pope, Hardin, Johnson, Saline, Galatin with parts of Union County, Jackson County and Hamilton County.[2]

Phelps Finnie lives in Elizabethtown, Illinois with her husband, son, and two daughters. She is the daughter of former U.S. Representative David D. Phelps.[3]
