Newfoundland (/njˈfndlənd/) is an unincorporated community located along the border of West Milford Township in Passaic County and both Jefferson Township and Rockaway Township in Morris County, in New Jersey, United States. It is located along the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway tracks and Route 23. It is the mailing address of Green Pond, a private lake that is in Rockaway Township. Newfoundland was a popular resort destination at the turn of the 20th century. Several resort hotels including Brown's Hotel and Idylease Inn relied on the railroad to bring guests for the resort season.

The critically acclaimed and award winning 2003 independent film The Station Agent was set and filmed largely in Newfoundland. The iconic train station featured in the film is located in the West Milford section of Newfoundland off New Jersey State Highway 23.
