The People's Champ Movement (PCM) is a General Santos and Sarangani regional political party in the Philippines, closely affiliated with the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan and the United Nationalist Alliance. It is led by Manny Pacquiao, who founded the party in 2010.
