Phoebus de Lusignan, titular Lord of Sidon (–Rome, after July, 1485)

Phoebus de Lusignan (in Portugal called Febo, as a progenitor), titular Lord of Sidon, Marshal of Armenia, was an illegitimate son of Pierre de Lusignan by an unknown mother, and was legitimized by the Pope Martin V in 1428 along with his cousin Guy de Lusignan.

Married to an unknown woman, he was the father of two children, a son and a daughter:

  • Hugues de Lusignan, Lord of Menico and Acaqui (–after 1468), married twice to N Babin and to Isabeau Placoton, and had issue, two daughters:
    • Isabelle de Lusignan, married to Very Embriaco de Giblet, Lord of Makrassika
    • Lucrece de Lusignan, married to Olivier de Flatre
  • Eleonore de Lusignan (–Lisbon, ca 1475), in Portugal called Leonor, buried at Lisbon, married twice, in 1450/1451/1452/1455 to Soffredo Crispo, Lord of Nisyros (–1458), without issue, and before 1459 as his second wife to Vasco Gil Moniz (–Lisbon, 1497), the son of Gil Aires Moniz and wife Maria Pires, and had issue.
