Pouch Cove is a town in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It is located on the northeast Avalon Peninsula of the province. The town is a 20-25 minute drive to St. John's, the province's capital city. Pouch Cove was founded many centuries ago and has an active council within the town. It was officially incorporated in 1970. The post office was established in 1975. It is said that Pouch Cove is the "first to see the sun" rise in North America.

The municipality of Pouch Cove also encompasses the smaller rural settlement of Shoe Cove.
