PowerNation is a lineup of automotive DIY auto repair programming which airs on Paramount Network (formerly Spike and TNN), along with the CBS Sports Network and NBCSN. It was alternately known as the PowerBlock in the past, which continues to be maintained as an alternate trademark. All of the programming in the block is produced by the RTM Studios division of Raycom Media from Nashville-based facilities. In the past other programming not automotive-related was also part of the block, though those shows have since ended due to consolidation in outdoors media towards individual networks and blocks. It also provided automotive programming for ESPN's defunct motorsports block SpeedWorld.

Katie Osborne currently is the host of the block, providing continuity in, around, and into each series. Previous hosts of the programming included Courtney Hansen, IRL/NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, and Michelle Spaziano.
