Tennis area Štvanice
The Prague Open is a tennis tournament held in Prague , the capital of the Czech Republic . The tournament is part of the ATP Challenger Tour since 1996 (with an interruption in the years 2009–10). In years 1992–2010 also hosted the WTA events, since 2011 it is part of the ITF Women's Circuit .
The Prague Open was founded in 1986 and organized is at the Tennis area Štvanice , some events are also held at the TK Sparta Praha area (tennis club founded in 1905). WTA Prague Open is since 2015 held at the TK Sparta Praha area at Prague's Bubeneč .
