Happy Valley No. 10 is a rural municipality in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is located in southeastern Saskatchewan and is within SARM Division No. 2 and Census Division No. 2. Its population was 174 as of the 2006 Census. The southern boundary of the RM is the United States border with Daniels County and Sheridan County, both in Montana.

According to the Canada 2006 Census, Happy Valley No. 10 has a population of 174 people, a change of 0.0% from 2001. It has a total of 83 private dwellings, 65 of which are occupied by usual residents. It has an area of 812.74 square kilometres (313.80 sq mi) and a population density of 0.2 inhabitants per square kilometre (0.52/sq mi).[1]
