Saxion University of Applied Sciences is a Dutch vocational university with four campuses in the eastern Netherlands. It provides more than 100 courses in a wide variety of study fields, such as finance, law, engineering, hospitality, and art. With over 26,000 students, it is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the Netherlands.[1]

Saxion University of Applied Sciences consists of eleven academies, each representing a different field of specialization and study courses.[2]

Students
The university has more than 26,000 students over the four campuses, with more than 2,500 international students from 55 different nationalities.[citation needed] The number of students has been growing ever since the founding of the university in 1998.[citation needed]
