Sky Uno (English: Sky One) is an Italian entertainment television channel, based on the defunct reality television channel SKY Vivo, both owned and broadcast by Sky Italia.

During the night it broadcasts the Late Show with David Letterman, which was previously aired on RaiSat Extra. The program is replayed twice the day after.

The channel is due to launch HD programming by December 2011.
