Stephanie Lana "Stephi" Douglas (born 22 January 1969 in Manchester) is a retired English athlete who specialised in sprinting events.[2] She represented Great Britain at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics as well as two outdoor and two indoor World Championships.

Stephi has one daughter called Jorja and they both appeared on Series 2 of Got What It Takes?, winning the competition and a chance to perform on the Main Stage at Radio 1's Big Weekend.
