Strathalbyn Road is a South Australian road connecting the towns of Aldgate, Mylor, Echunga, Macclesfield and Strathalbyn. It is also part State Route B33 which starts from the South Eastern Freeway at Stirling. Route B33 follows Mount Barker Road from the South Eastern Freeway through Stirling to Aldgate, then continues on Strathalbyn Road.

The road is a secondary route, hence has been given the State Route designation of B33. Its links the B34 (Echunga Road) with B37 (Wistow-Strathalbyn Road).
