Sultana is a town in Jhunjhunu District of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It belongs to Jaipur Division . It is located 25 KM towards East from District head quarters Jhunjhunu. 159 KM from State capital Jaipur

The area is covered mainly Marwaris but its main castes are Rajputs, Jat and Yadavs. The Ahirs are brave and well established warriors converted into farmers occupation. They having same customs and traditions like Kachwaha Rajputs. Many Ahirs are went for farming land during early days in north and settle their own villages and rule . Many villages are present in Rewari, Mahendregarh, Narnaul and Singhana.
