Svein Harberg (born 30 July 1958) is a Norwegian businessman and politician for the Conservative Party of Norway (Høyre). He was mayor of the municipality Grimstad from 2003 to 2007.[1]

Harberg was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Aust-Agder in 2009.[2]
