No Austrian anthem for winning constructor?

[edit]

How come the British anthem was played for Red Bull when they are de jure an Austrian team? Is it because they are a de facto British team or just an FIA mistake? --SirJibby (talk) 18:37, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The short answer being that it was a mistake. 4u1e (talk) 21:08, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The format

[edit]

This is the second time I'm reverting the prevalent format used for the race articles and I feel I should start this discussion instead of just reverting it. The common format nests "Background" within the "Report" section. While I never quite understood what "Report" signifies, I'm assuming it means report of the racing weekend i.e events taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the racing day. If this is correct, then why is "Background" included into this? Almost everything in the background section occurs long before Friday and hence isn't really part of the report of the event. I think we should keep the "Background" section separate from what I've named in the article as "Event report" since they are really not integral in terms of the information included in them.
