Breakfast cereal[edit]

I don't know if this counts as notable, or as useless trivia, but this song was one of a handful of singles that were featured as the "free prize in specially marked packages" for some family of breakfast cereals in the 70's. A clear plastic coating of some sort was placed onto the back of the cereal box, and the record's grooves were stamped into it. One would then cut out the record from the back of the (hopefully by then empty) box, and you could play it, at 45 RPM, on a standard turntable. Mine came from a box of "Alpha Bits" cereal. One of my first records. Yeah, I know, original research (part of why I'm not even considering adding this to the article itself). But I thought I'd leave this here if someone wants to develop it into something worthy of inclusion in the article. FWIW, I think there's a reference on the "Bubblegum music" (or "Bubblegum pop"?) page to these singles/cereal tie-ins. CarlRJ (talk) 22:50, 3 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That should be added to this article after it is specified in this article that MJ is the primary singer of this song (or at least I think he is, I'm not sure). --75.71.229.53 (talk) 06:24, 18 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
