I tried a number of Google searches to find any information about the publisher of these books, "Holly Day and Bump Publishing", and couldn't locate any webpage for them or any suggestion that the company has published any books other than ones by this author. This all makes me think that this is a self-publishing effort, which attracts no notability to the books, and puts all these connected pages closer to advertising than I'm comfortable with. Does anyone have any information to the contrary? Accounting4Taste:talk 16:17, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
- The creator of this series of articles has the same name as the books' author Porturology (talk) 16:42, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
- I'm starting to think this is a walled garden of self-promotional activity. Any thoughts on how best to proceed? I'm thinking a little time for the possible provision of arm's-length citations would be appropriate. Accounting4Taste:talk 17:35, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
- I agree. I have left a COI notification of the user's talk page Porturology (talk) 02:10, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Agreed it's not a notable book - though simply being self-published does not make a book non-notable - I am going to merge it with the article on the theme park itself. Robina Fox (talk) 21:49, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
