Portions of this article have been plagiarized from Brooks' Profile on Raiders.com [1]. Until the article is rewritten, I'm placing a Copy Vio Tag. --ShadowJester0704:55, 21 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
8/06: I recently noticed that a lot of opinion was injected on this page, about Brooks' smiles and sunflower seed chewing and allusions to Brooks not caring; some casual sarcastic remarks were included, and some poor grammar as well. All of this was either unsubstantiated speculation, irrelevant to this person's career and performance, or both. I removed some of these statements, but left all the clinical and factual information intact. I was also responsible for the recent re-order of some of the paragraphs, which were presented somewhat by chronological order, but not consistently so. Brooks' accomplishments from the 2000 season were completely missing, and I added that content. This is a living person. I hope we can keep things about him neutral.

This article is one of thousands on Wikipedia that have a link to YouTube in it. Based on the External links policy, most of these should probably be removed. I'm putting this message here, on this talk page, to request the regular editors take a look at the link and make sure it doesn't violate policy. In short: 1. 99% of the time YouTube should not be used as a source. 2. We must not link to material that violates someones copyright. If you are not sure if the link on this article should be removed, feel free to ask me on my talk page and I'll review it personally. Thanks. ---J.S (t|c) 07:17, 7 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
