Dispute[edit]

@Peter Ormond, what was wrong with my edit? Asperthrow (talk) 00:14, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry. That was an edit conflict. I have now restored some parts of your edits. Cheers. Peter Ormond 💬 00:28, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Regent[edit]

FWIW - It's regent, not acting regent. A regent is the person designated to 'act' in the place of a monarch who's a minor or incapacitated. In this case, Margrethe will be designated to become 'regent', should her son the King & grandson the Crown Prince, both be incapacitated. That's assuming she's not incapacitated, as well. Although the statement is sourced, I believe it is interpreted incorrectly. The source says that "HM The Queen" may act as regent. "HM The Queen" is no longer Queen Margrethe, it is Queen Mary. "The" queen is the CURRENT queen. —Fumo7887 (talkcontribs) 03:33, 15 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Liz's residence[edit]

Seems we have an ever changing mobile editor, who keeps trying to delete United Kingdom from being mentioned next to Elizabeth II's name. We use either the "United Kingdom" or the "United Kingdom and the 14 other Commonwealth realms", because the UK is where she resided & was most associated with.
