I think it would be good in Wikipedia an article named "Pro-abortion violence".

@88.1.36.234 I second this. Wikipedia is biased in this regard. Jorge A. Domínguez Agüero (talk) 00:14, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I guess you are free to create one if you think it is needed. There is a draft for it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Pro-abortion_rights_violence . Sijambo (talk) 09:48, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Sijambo these are the only edits by the ip and account. Doug Weller talk 10:56, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Try Conservapedia. "pro-abortion" isn't a thing. Jibal (talk) 02:34, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Pro abortion is certainly a thing. It's supporting the ability to terminate a pregnancy and end a human life. 107.190.100.141 (talk) 02:48, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Pro abortion rights is a thing, and it's not the same as pro abortion. Even those who support that right don't love the idea of abortion. They support that right as a sometimes necessary evil. So be careful not to confuse the two. -- Valjean (talk) (PING me) 04:27, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 7 August 2022

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

The result of the move request was: not moved. Does not preclude a new section or article being written about what the nominator wants, just that the idea to convert this specific article from one scope to another is not having any traction. Anti-abortion violenceAbortion and violence – Expand topical scope to include all abortion-related violence. Current title refers to motivation rather than targets. A generalized title enables us to document abortion-related violence regardless of specific motives, targets, or ideology. Conforms with title format of existing articles, Abortion and mental health, as well as numerous "X and violence" topics. Elizium23 (talk) 15:59, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

"Abortion and violence" would be a title for a different article, with a much wider scope than this. Anti-abortion violence would be part of it, but...it is a notable topic on its own, and warrants a separate article. I'm not sure this request falls within the scope of RM. I agree with Vermont. There's no reason to move this and allow scope creep, when one could create Abortion and violence as a standalone article in its own right. This move also seems at odds with Draft:Pro-abortion rights violence, which I can see Elizium23 is also contributing to, as if this article had its scope widened it would also encompass that draft's content. • Oppose. Specifically states "Anti-abortion violence is violence committed against individuals and organizations that perform abortions or provide abortion counseling." No need to change the scope. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:49, 9 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Substantial coverage in reliable sources that anti-abortion violence is a significant topic in its own right, with most coverage and sources focusing on this aspect. The motive is part of the the topic, whereas the proposed alternative would be a vague WP:SYNTHy mishmash that mostly fails to reflect the sources. --Aquillion (talk) 18:24, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
