Content Removal

I have removed most of the article from the article page, leaving only the lead section. I've done this because the article consists of patent nonsense, in the sense that it was very poorly translated from another language and is nigh-impossible to understand for a native English speaker. It's been tagged for cleanup for over two years, and the copy editor who attempted a cleanup immediately before me also declared the article unintelligible beyond its lead. Furthermore, the article doesn't cite any sources, which compounds the issue of improving it by leaving us without a better-written point of reference. All of the blanked content is here:

To me, this all looks like valuable and informative content, but after two years I can't help thinking it's beyond help. What I think this article needs is a dedicated contributor or two, who can research the subject, cite some sources, and either improve or replace all of the above with content that will be more useful. --Moralis (talk) 21:36, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
