Notability
[edit]I tagged the page for notability as the subject doesn't appear to meet NPROF nor GNG. Merits for NAUTHOR seem to be lacking - he seems to have authored a single well known title - Hitler strikes Poland: Blitzkrieg, ideology, and atrocity (around 165 citations in scholars, seems to have some reviews) - which may be notable (per NBOOK), but that doesn't make the bio notable (though it could be re-purposed to the book). Icewhiz (talk) 12:31, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
- I removed the tag. The book is notable, and if this were taken to AfD that would be a keep, perhaps with conversion into an article about the book. Either way, the material would be kept. If I were starting a page on the subject, I would probably do a book article. But since there's no separate article on the book, this one on the author makes sense. --K.e.coffman (talk) 00:43, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
- I agree with your line of thinking which is why I did not AfD it. However should this he moved to the book title, and rearranged so that it is on the book ?03:05, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
- Either way is fine. I would keep it as a BLP; it's slightly more convenient for Wikipedia purposes when Rossino is used as a source. --K.e.coffman (talk) 03:11, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
- K.e.coffman, we should move this to the book title. Rossino is a "Federal IT market analyst". He says he got out of history in 2003, and now he writes novels. See interview. SarahSV (talk) 01:30, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
- The book article already exists. I'll probably redirect this. SarahSV (talk) 02:54, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
- @SlimVirgin: Sure, this makes sense; no need for both articles & the book is more notable than the author. --K.e.coffman (talk) 04:51, 4 February 2021 (UTC)

Bibliography
[edit]I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section:
- Cite templates will be used where possible.
- I prefer capitalization and punctuation to follow the standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, rather than "title case".
- Links to potentially unreliable digitised copies and to booksellers may be removed.
This is a work in progress; feel free to continue. Sunwin1960 (talk) 11:00, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Sunwin1960 Passing comment that I don't think we usually list articles in the bibliography, only books. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 06:00, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
