Proposed Deletion Template

I have removed this:

1) Because the article does not fail WP:GNG. The topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, including in the major San Diego paper U-T San Diego, in the local paper La Jolla Light, and internationally in Britain's Daily Mail, and

2) Because the individual's death does not fail under WP:NOTNEWS. The article is not about the notability of the event that was his death. His death is but one part of the article, and the news coverage for the individual goes beyond the context of that single event.
