Naturalized Citizen of Germany

[edit]

Please remove Alfred Biolek from this category. He was born in Czechoslovakia to Sudetengerman parents. As the members of German minorities abroad are still accepted as German citizens by law from the date of their birth, they are no foreigners according to German law. They can get the German passport whenever they want as long as they prove their German ancestry. Therefore, Biolek did not have to apply for Germann citizenship after his arrival in Germany but was automaciaclly German.YOG'TZE (talk) 11:04, 23 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

He was born as a citizen of Czechoslovakia and was naturalized following the annexation of the Sudetenland after the Munich Agreement. Like millions of other Sudetengermans, pretty simple and obvious. 2003:D2:B700:F636:45DC:8EEA:6C7E:DAD5 (talk) 13:13, 23 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
