Terrible bias[edit]

Ok, that Lange wanted to nominate hitler for the peace price is a blatant lie, and if you take a look, not documented. Nastykermit (talk) 15:20, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy[edit]

Anders Lange was also controversial in that he, on several occasions, supported the apartheid in South Africa. He wrote several articles about this in his own magazine Hundeavisen (later Anders Langes Avis). In the same paper, on 16 April 1963 he called those who where against apartheid "traitors of the white race".[6] He also talked about the dictator of Uganda as "the monkey [Idi] Amin".[1]

The only thruthful statement here is that he did call Idi Amin "the monkey Amin". in todays hypersensitive climate that might actually be considered rasism, but almost half a century ago it is doubtful if this made him any different than the majority of his generation. The magazine "Hundeavisen" was published for the last time in 1962, in other words there never was any copy publisehed on the claimed date above. Another problem with your references is that no one has ever actually seen the claimed racial outburst in question, neither in any copy of "Hundemagasinet" nor in the later "Anders Langes Magasin". Wikipedia choses to label a person as a racist based on subjective statements made by strongly opinionated persons published in newspaper, no wonder nobody takes Wikipedia seriously. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.149.157.16 (talk) 17:43, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Imprisonment[edit]

Kristian Ottosen's book Nordmenn i fangenskap 1940–1945 notes two imprisonments: the first from 16 September to 16 November 1940, the second from 29 March to 30 May 1941. Both at Møllergata 19. This differs quite much from what the article currently says. Geschichte (talk) 14:42, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
