discography[edit]

The official SonyBMG Masterworks discography link for this artist is as follows

It (in most cases) contains a full listing of in-print CDs released on the SonyBMG labels within the US (for the moment), along with track listings and in some cases audio clips (which will become more robust in the new year). Ecommerce links are provided inobtrusively.

I have been informed that it creates a conflict of interest to post these links directly from my account, so please consider adding the page to the link section. Thanks.

Frank or Francis?[edit]

Grove Dictionary of Music gives his middle name as Frank, so I suggest we stick with that unless someone has a better source saying Francis. Bencherlite 17:51, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've restored Sir Andrew's middle name as Frank, with citation. DJRafe (talk) 23:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Knighthood[edit]

The conductor's official site states that he was knighted at the start of 1999 (specifically on the timeline page). I've mentioned this here rather than in the article because this is the sort of thing which is usually mentioned in a "Personal life" section, but he doesn't currently have one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aoeuidhtns (talkcontribs) 15:35, 27 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
