The article as written largely cites non-reliable tabloids such as The Sun(RSP entry) and marathi.tv. While some of the sources, such as Huffington Post UK and the BBC, are generally reliable, the coverage cited here is not independent, as they comprise an interview with the subject and coverage of a BBC series respectively. Based on an internet search, while I think you could scrounge together enough sources to meet WP:GNG, these sources would largely consist of coverage of Escape to the Chateau, and thus it's not clear that Angel Adoree is independently notable––it may be more appropriate to just redirect this page to that article. signed, Rosguilltalk21:57, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I believe she is notable in her own right. For many years her name redirected to her husbands and yet she is independently notable with a completely separate role. Her work as a designer and bringing vintage chic to the forefront I believe sets her apart separate to Escape to the Chateau. Will endeavour to find more source. It is hard to see how she is independently notable. Yes, she has written some books, but when she is covered, it seems indistunguishably connected to the TV show. Once you cut through the churnalism, fanzines and tabloids, there's really not much left in RS to verify anything beyond a dragons den appearance and the extensive promotion of their wedding business (which is what the chateau essentially is). Therefore merging and redirecting to Escape to the Chateau.
Should this article not include a mention of the fact that her legal name is in fact 'Angela Strawbridge', rather than 'Angel Adoree' (see her entry on the Companies House listing for Chateau-de-la-motte Husson)? Perhaps the page should also be indexed under 'Angela Strawbridge', with the first line of text indicating that she is 'usually known as Angel Adoree'? That seems to be the norm for handling pages for people who are principally famous under a pseudonym. 2.28.135.228 (talk) 07:16, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
