IP 112.201.4.244

[edit]

Recently, two IPs like this one today: 112.201.4.244 removed chunk of unsourced information on the article. In its edit summaries, it says that Wikipedia is writing wrong, or the person concerned on this article makes his name clean. Maybe we can add some sources about this to resolve dispute?--JL 09 q?c 13:53, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Fixed the article. A friend of mine will be sending me resolutions by the Comelec, DILG and Supreme Court to attest to this that he is the legal mayor of the city. Will be scanning those once I have the copies on hand and will be linking these to the article too, to once and for all resolve the issue and avert an edit war. Just a friendly reminder: quoting the original resolutions is considered quoting from primary sources. While it may be okay (do check out the link for more info), I think it's highly commendable if you can also provide additional sources from, say, newspapers' websites to support the information you want to include on the article.
If the resolution can be found in the said government offices' official websites, that's even better. You could simply link to the resolution as if you were quoting, say, portions of the 1986 Constitution itself in the article about the Constitution of the Philippines.
