- New and long enough, well written and formatted. Written with neutral tone and has ample citations. Hook is interesting and reliably sourced (to a Reuters article). I prefer the first hook as it is simpler and more readable. Would query whether "Speaker" should be capitalised, per Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Titles_of_people. Otherwise, good to go!
