How is the neutrality in dispute?? How is there original research?
[edit]The allegation made against me by one user @ParthikS8 that "a user with a thorough hatred of iran" made my own "thesis on the subject"
Reality: He can't prove that i have a bias against Iranian people or even its government. I am just reporting facts as I see it, and as the world sees it. Regarding "thesis on the subject" its proven that he made a lie against me , since this is no "thesis". These are events related to a subject "Wahhabi Boogeyman & War on Terror rhetoric" which undeniably is a source of various forms of global Islamophobia and Sunniphobia in particular. It is the reality. Reality cannot be "denied" over emotional abuse like alleging "thorough hatred for iran" which are based on your imaginary perspectives and through proven lies like that I intended to "write a thesis" here.
Regarding "medeival Sufi establishment" remark I admit I made a mistake there, but why is the worst assumed about me? I made a quick negative analogy in a mistaken manner, and I have corrected and changed the word to "religious clergy".
I request the neutrality in dispute and "original in research" tag removed.
None of what is typed contains a shred of "original research". The entirety of what was feeder is word by word reproduction of authentic, reliable, published sources. Shadowwarrior8 (talk) 02:31, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
A joke
[edit]Entire article seems to be one big joke. The author(s) clearly found sources to back up their personal views. It equites cases of Islamophobia with “Sunniphobia”, it equites political slogans with “Sunniphobia” etc. For example, it lists Iranian turn from Sunni to Shia by alleging that one day Shias decided to become majority in Iran out of nowhere. It doesn’t give any historical background, long time anti-Shia genocide, Umayyad persecution of Persians, Zaorastrians or Muslims etc. there was a strong anti-Sunni resentment in Iran long before the Safavids. Iranians used to be Sunni nominally. Another point is that this article claims that Iran spread “Sunniphobia”, while given sources clearly state that after 1979 Iran sought to spread Revolution elsewhere by calling upon Muslims to establish the Islamic Republics. No given source anywhere claims that Iran ever called for the establishment of Shia states in Sunni majority countries. This whole article was stitched up from unrelated cases, factors and sources to show over a billion people being victims to some sort of conspiracy between the West and Iran.
