Added biographical detail to address AfD nomination

There are several articles (now referenced in the article) that demonstrate the notability of the subject. The earlier iteration of this article failed to demonstrate notability but his inclusion in Who's Who Australia for over 20 years, the biographical articles from Geelong College and the Australian Army Chaplaincy Journal and his service as moderator of the Presbyterian church all demonstrate his notability.
