Thank you for the suggestion and glad you liked the article and ranked it as B-class. Concerning your suggestion, my experience with the good article review process is mixed. In the case of Water supply and sanitation in the United States it was actually painful to deal with some of the comments, which were more annoying than constructive. If you want to initiate the GA process in an appropriate category, I would certainly take a look at the comments, but I cannot promise that I am willing to take up all comments.
