Rumour

Band Lineup
[edit]Article is in need of the different band line-ups for the Aztecs over the years. Boylo 00:13, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
"After the Aztecs" section
[edit]I think I'm going to delete the section out, as it is only about Billy Thorpe, who has his own, extensive article. I'll check back in a few weeks to see if there are objections. Vulture19 (talk) 05:47, 16 December 2009 (UTC)
POV
[edit]The article is full of unsourced opinion, such as "His talent and his powerpacked voice were virtually untouched by the passing of the years ". Please see Wikipedia:Verifiability before adding further unsourced fancruft. That which is already therein needs referencing, or more likely removing, to leave an encyclopedic neutral point of view. Thanks,

Orphaned references in Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 12:09, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Missing masters?
[edit]I've heard - but cannot verify - that most of the master tapes of Billy Thorpe & The Aztec's work from the 1960's are missing, mainly due to being catalogued badly, but also due to wiping and incorrect storage methods. Can anybody please verify this and, if true, include it in the article? If untrue, could somebody please correct me in this section? Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:44B8:312E:4600:F4A4:8907:BF5A:E541 (talk) 05:29, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
