Breyer Report
[edit]Edited the section on the Breyer Report to remove the POV that it "exonerated" Martin. In fact the report found that the investigation and disposition were not only too hasty but also too lenient. Dismissal of a complaint due to corrective action is not an exoneration; if the complaint had lacked substance, no corrective action would have been needed. 71.14.92.84 (talk) 20:43, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
