Allen Aylett Medal[edit]

The Allen Aylett Medal Brendan Fevola won in the (AFL Hall of Fame Tribute Match) should be added to his career highlights.2001:8003:4610:BF01:223:32FF:FE9E:4B9F (talk) 09:39, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject class rating[edit]

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as start, and the rating on other projects was brought up to start class. BetacommandBot 17:07, 29 August 2007 (UTC) The comment 'Fevola rewarded Pagan's faith in him by becoming involved in many more incidents to further damage the club's reputation.' sounds a bit sarcastic or opinionated for a factual article...[reply]

FEV IS NOT ALL AUSTRALIAN FULL FORWARD FOR 2008. SOMEONE CHANGE THIS —Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.159.2.32 (talk) 02:19, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

. This article from 2008 (http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/geelongs-magnificent-seven/story-e6frf9lo-1111117493692) would seem to indicate otherwise. DermottBanana (talk) 00:44, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Brisbane Lions[edit]

Brendan Fevola has been traded to Brisbane, along with pick 27 in the NAB AFL draft, in exchange for Lachlan Henderson and pick 12. And also, Fevola was All-Australian in 2008, in a forward pocket alongside Lance Franklin —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.10.88.126 (talk) 08:33, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request from Cmysterious, 11 June 2011[edit]

I want to add something to the wiki page for Brendan about his future. There was a facebook page www.facebook.com/fev2012 which a friend and I made. In only 10.5 days it has 681 fans! was mentioned in the end of the herald sun article on the first page of the sports section pg.86 of the herald sun after they recieved news of the massive rate of fans going up each day, on the 6th of June and on Gold 104.3 on Friday 10th June. No word has been released from the club as yet but hope are high. (I have not mentioned the reason as the link to the page has all that info to do with his return to Carlton) Please get back to me Im just learning how to use wikipedia. Cmysterious (talk) 09:45, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well, a couple of things to learn about Wikipedia is that we don't include speculation, and Facebook pages are not acceptable as sources. HiLo48 (talk) 12:37, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Not done, for reasons given. Feezo (send a signal | watch the sky) 14:43, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Fevola is currently regarded as one of the most effective full-forwards in the AFL"[edit]

Not any more I would have thought. How about:

"Fevola at his peak was regarded as one of the most effective full-forwards in the AFL" --Stewartm82 (talk) 03:13, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It's weasel wording at it's best, screaming for "regarded by whom" tag, but since that sort of thing is common in sports articles, your wording is certainly an improvement. Just do it. HiLo48 (talk) 03:27, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Remove the line stating that Fevola is the only dual Coleman medalist to play for Carlton Football Club following Charlie Curnow being awarded the medal following the 2023 season Eljirna (talk) 05:36, 12 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. M.Bitton (talk) 00:05, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
