2020 Coronavirus pandemic in Mauritius
[edit]Wanted to comment on the first case of Coronavirus in Mauritius. The first 3 cases were officially announced at the same time which was 1 person of British nationality of Mauritian origin and 2 persons of Mauritian National from a cruiseship.
After these 3 cases there were a few other cases reported.
Subsequently the first death was reported that of a Mauritian national (with also a Belgian nationality). He was not the first case of Coronavirus reported. Did I get this right?
Sorry I am not mentioning dates and references but I have them. Jouanche (talk) 13:20, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
- Indeed the person with Mauritian-British Nationality was the first confirmed case in Mauritius. You may note that the press even mentionned him as patient zero in the references. But on 21 March, the case of the Mauritian-Belgian was discovered and since he reached Mauritius before the Mauritian-British, he became the first person who bought the virus in Mauritius. This is why I had to amend contents about the Mauritian-British to make him the second patient so as to avoid any confusion. Stay safe. :) Kingroyos (talk) 04:25, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
Infobox and Official Websites
[edit]Hullo, It used to be possible to see and click on the hypertext links of covid19.mu and besafemauritius.mu at the end of the infobox, both official government sites. Now, we have Official Website in place and there's no way for a reader to click on any link to go look for the information on the sites himself/herself. I can't fix it. Any help?
