I cant find anything beyond verification that this person was in the 1980 Olympics. Existence isn't notability. One sentence isn't an article. It's a writing prompt. IMHO there needs to be more here to keep this article in Wikipedia.--23mason (talk) 16:13, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
