Alternative name (correction)[edit]

This site gives his name as Escarza Deustua Octavio Alejandro, which, apart form the order, has Alejandro instead instead of Cesáreo. As this site seems more comprehensive than the only existing site, Rulers.org, I think his name should be changed and the article moved.
