Amoia, who played Wendy the Waitress in the long-running CBS comedy, will play Maria Bertinelli, the mother of Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s vigilante the Huntress Helena Bertinelli and the wife of mafia syndicate gangster Franco Bertinelli.
In How I Met Your Mother, although Amoia wasn’t one of the main five stars, she was a regular between 2005 and 2011, working at the bar, which was the main set for the show. While she didn’t turn out be Ted’s future wife, she did have sex with Neil Patrick Harris’ Barney behind the bar and made out with Ted’s dad, played by Alfred Mosby.

Charlene Amoia stars as Ellie in the fourth installment of the American Pie franchise entitled American Reunion. She plays Kevins wife played by Thomas Ian Nicholas. Since the creators are finishing Cobra Kai, wondering if another American Pie film will be in development. Did find this - On September 29th, 2022, The Hollywood Reporter informed, that another American Pie Presents movie is in the works at Universal 1440. The film is developed and written by Sujata Day. Speaking to ComicBook in May 2023, Stifler actor Sean William Scott revealed the team has "just recently started talking" about a fresh idea for an American Pie 5, clearly proving discussions to revive the beloved franchise are still happening: "I don't know, I just love the character so much.
With ideas only just being thrown around now for American Pie 5, another potential new movie is likely still a few years away from release, especially as it will undoubtedly take some a while to regather the massive and long-separate cast.
As American Pie 5 currently has no writer attached and hasn't yet been announced, speculation is that the earliest it could be released is around late 2026. But fans should brace for a possibly even longer wait if the sequel even happens at all.

Removing her DOB for right now

There doesn't seem to be any reliable source for her DOB at the moment so I removed it. An acceptable source would be actual interview with her like many of the citations in the article have and one where she actually states her age or DOB. And there's contradicting birth years for her on the internet. Some say she was born in 1976 and some say she was born in 1982. It might help if we could get info such as what year she graduated high school or college. Kcj5062 (talk) 21:22, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

EDIT: Okay in this interview[1] She's listed as a graduate and receiving her BS degree. [2] Which makes the 1976 birth year some sites have listed the more probable one. This is still a WP:BLPPRIVACY issue. So her DOB should stay out of the article. Kcj5062 (talk) 22:26, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
