It's not a BLP; he died in 2001. But, at first glance, I agree that the verifiability of the article needs improvement. —BarrelProof (talk) 21:41, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

After looking at it a bit more, I am less sure about that statement. The article does seem to cite reliable sources for the things it says.
