Is there an official accident report?

I noticed that this article is entirely based on secondary sources. Was there an official report by the Chinese authorities and was it translated into English?

Cause?

crashed as a result of an autopilot malfunction
This is only partly true. The autopilot functioned as intended but it received faulty inputs. The root cause of this accident was incorrect maintenance. And this was enabled by careless design as it should not be physically possible to cross-connect yaw/roll/pitch channels.
