Time Threat Paradox?

[edit]

I have two versions of Test of Time, and neither had this supposed scenario. I won't delete the section because the problem might be related to what country you're in. Can someone verify this scenario's existence? As a note, I live in Australia.220.238.137.211 12:15, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it exists, and while I'm not sure if it was on the CD, you can download it here [1] if you want. FrozenPurpleCube 14:38, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think it's included in any official release of the game, though it's probable that it's the most popular third-party scenario. Still, I doubt it should be included in the article. Therefore, I've moved the text from the article to here, below. - furrykef (Talk at me) 20:26, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It was included on my CD, but I got mine as an overstock game in, like, 2005, so maybe it was only included in later versions? (And yes, I am sure it was not used.) BTW, I'm American. - Elisk 23:18, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have an Australian CD version with a copyright date of 2001 that has the Test of Time scenario, but I believe it will only install if the user selects "Complete Install" or "Custom Install". See the attached image. Ozrygle 13:35, 9 July 2018 (AEST)

The Time Threat Paradox

[edit]

This scenario takes place starting at the beginning of the 21st century. A race called the Fabians from the future, ruled over by a dictator, return to the past to attempt change their current situation of environmental ruin. You control one of 5 modern day cultural regions and try to get rid of the Fabians by any means possible. There is also the Industrial world civilization from the 19th century.

Image:Civ2testoftimebox.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.
