This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is a popular podcast with thousands of subscribers on iTunes, created by a huge video game media outlet. It is certainly a relevant page. --WillowRines (talk) 22:25, 4 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed with above. I also note that the article for Polygon, the website responsible for this podcast, is comprehensive and survived a similar motion for speedy deletion. CoolGames Inc. is a notable Polygon production, among that site's most popular, and worthy of its own article rather than a brief mention in the Polygon article.--Danberbro (talk) 03:22, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Polygon (website)

I boldly redirected this article to Polygon (website), but it was later reverted. I'm unable to find too many sources about this podcast, and I think it should simply redirect to the Polygon article, where it could have its own section or mention. Merge - First of all, thanks to Anarchyte for creating this discussion, because my approach was certainly not as good, and my WP:A7 nomination was totally off-base. That aside, there don't seem to be enough reliable sources establishing the notability of this subject independent of its publisher. Notability is not inherited, and the references on the article demonstrate, in large part, neither significant coverage nor independence from the subject.
