- Comment: I'm sorry to decline this as I know you've put a lot of work into it, but I can't independently confirm this wouldn't be deleted if I moved it to mainspace. The two articles which would count towards notability are the Gold Coast Bulletin articles but it's asking me to log into Google Drive to see them and I'm not about to do that. That being said I think it's saveable - I went to duckduckgo.com, typed in "Coomera Cubs", selected "News" and several articles came up such as [1] (which did not open in my browser, but the blurb looked good.) - Comment: It's still pretty lightly sourced, I'm borderline on whether to accept so I will let someone else review it. SportingFlyer T·C 23:49, 14 August 2019 (UTC)
- Comment: I don't have access to the news.com.au article, but this needs more secondary sources (not Baseball Australia or Baseball Queensland, unfortunately.) SportingFlyer T·C 07:48, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
Hi SportingFlyerI have done some updates and made other similar pages content wise. Do you think this looks a bit better now. I also worked out the paywall tags to add for the references. Thanks in advance. Alrighty12 (talk)
· Hi SportingFlyerThank you for re-reviewing. If I make those references per (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Subscription_required) does that make the submission a bit better? Or is there a way to add a pdf of the article as a reference maybe? I have been trying to make the page as similar to pages already published and some of those seem to have less references or broken links and the like, so just wasn't sure the level of referencing to get it over the line. Some other sites I wanted to to start editing or updating seem so out of date! Thanks in advance. Alrighty12 (talk) 01:11, 23 September 2019 (UTC)
· Hi SportingFlyerWas there any more to followup to see about approval? Cheers Alrighty12 (talk) 03:35, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
· Thanks SportingFlyer I have been trying to match or exceed various other baseball sites (in the Australian context) that seem to have less references?? Cheers Alrighty12 (talk) 23:40, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
· Hi SportingFlyer, I have found quite a few articles in the news sites but they need a subscription. How do you normally overcome this as references? 119.17.37.70 (talk) 04:54, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
· Hi SportingFlyerI have added further references if this is better? Thanks in advance. Alrighty12 (talk) 06:02, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
- @Alrighty12: I've accepted - I'm not 100% sure it'll pass a deletion discussion so I encourage you to keep working on it, but the test is "likely to be kept" and I think it's very possible it could be kept. SportingFlyer T·C 23:13, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
Hi SportingFlyerOk great. I'll keep looking for ways to improve it. Alot of the other reference site in the same topic seem to have less information and reference/citations. But if this site seems ok I could look to start imrpoving those sites too in due course...is there anything you think could be helpful to further develop the page? Regards.
