Tyra's Role?
Is it just me or it should be Zoe instead of Hoe?
Sequel?
I've heard a rumour about a Coyote Ugly 2, is it true? P.S: Sorry I forgot to Log in (Bubble Bunny)—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 195.8.175.14 (talk • contribs).
- Gina Wendkos was hired to write a script for the sequel in 2002, and both Piper Perabo and Adam Garcia where set to star, but apparently it never went into production. --Fritz S. (Talk) 13:35, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
Hogs and Heffers
Why no mention of Hogs and Heffers? Under the German article for trivia it says:
"De film is gebaseerd op een bestaande bar (en bediening en gebeurtenissen daar) in New York City: Hogs & Heffers. De film zou eigenlijk hier ook opgenomen worden, maar omdat het management van de bar vond dat de film "Hogs & Heffers" moest heten werd hier vanaf gezien. De film is toen in een bar verderop in de straat opgenomen."
It's obvious when you watch it, that their organized bar dance is the one they use at Heffers, and they just slapped the Coyote Ugly name on it.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.238.238.232 (talk • contribs).
- First of all, it's not German, it's Dutch. Second, it's wrong. The film is based on an article about the Coyote Ugly Saloon. --Fritz S. (Talk) 16:12, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
Seeing as how Coyote Ugly opened after Hogs and Heffers, and the organized bar dance is the one used in Hogs and Heffers, not to mention there are several scenes in the film that are certainly shot inside of Hogs and Heffer I think there needs to be at least a mention of it -CPL Radar—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.126.125.232 (talk • contribs).

eh?
wow, this article really sucks. It needs to be re-written, but I don't know enough about the film to do so. ~User: Sophiakorichi
Violet's role is played by Piper Perabo. Not the woman from Game of Thrones. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.16.190.62 (talk) 23:07, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
question≈
Were the scenes filmed in south amboy (interiors) really filmed there or somewhere else? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.90.31.227 (talk) 06:09, 11 March 2009 (UTC)

Coyote Ugly (film) → Coyote Ugly – WP:PRIMARYTOPIC on a WP:TWODABS situation ([1] v. [2]). © Tbhotch™ (en-2.5). 21:38, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - even if there wasn't a 1985 play directed by John Malkovich (which is now added to the dab) there wouldn't be any benefit removing (film) from what is a film. no non-Talk page incoming links to dab page so the current (film) isn't confusing editors. Coyote Ugly was a phrase, a play, a bar, long before it was a film. In ictu oculi (talk) 07:17, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
- That still being irrelevant if the film is what readers are looking for, and traffic stats are clear. © Tbhotch™ (en-2.5). 21:12, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
- Alternatively traffic stats just show the current "(film)" dab is working fine. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:40, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose, the explanation of the term, which is on the disambiguation page, is the primary topic. The movie came later and will not likely be regarded as a classic. Harold O'Brian (talk) 03:40, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose since when I think of this term, I think of both Coyote Ugly Saloon and Coyote Ugly (film), and the fact that the latter was loosely based in a setting in one of the former's subject. Most likely, that reasoning resonates in the minds of other "term searchers" as well, whether or not they even realize it until they find the "saloon" instead of the "film". (In other words, in this case, I don't believe that article traffic statistics are relevant in determining the primary topic.) Steel1943 (talk) 16:30, 5 March 2014 (UTC)

Actress To Be Added?
I just watched this film and I noticed an un-credited actress near the end of the film in the last scene. You have Alex Borstein (known today as the voice of Family Guy's Lois Griffin) listed as one of the bidding auction women. Another actress in this same scene is Carol Ann Susi, bidding against Borstein's character. She currently provides the voice of Howard Wolowitz's mom in The Big Bang Theory. She is also uncredited, not even being in imdb. But it is her. So I added her to the list. Aidensdaddy2k9 (talk) 23:21, 25 October 2014 (UTC)
