Merge tag removal

[edit]

This article had a merge tag on it (for merging with the Neighborhoods in Detroit, Michigan page) since September 2007. Because there was no discussion here over several months, and because several other Detroit neighborhoods seem to have their own separate pages, I removed the tag. If you disagree, and/or if you put the tag back on the article, please state your reasons here. Bry9000 (talk) 21:19, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Historical Buildings

[edit]

During the 1980's I took a tour of Delray while on a visit to Fort Wayne (Detroit). At that time, it didn't have the completly run down appearance that the photo gallery indicates. There were some streets with substantial brick pre-Civil War residences which were reported in a local newspaper article to be housing for the officers from the Fort. I have no idea if the buildings still exist. The City of Detroit has much greater problems to worry about than one small neighborhood or for that matter, Fort Wayne. --TGC55 (talk) 07:31, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
