I’m just opening a discussion so that we can look at moving this article from Deonte Harris to Deonte Harty. The subject changed his name a few months back to honor his stepfather, but per the NFL's usual convention, they didn't acknowledge the new name until the end of the 2021 season. Now nfl.com and the Saints website list him as Deonte Harty, and there are sources that refer to him by his new name, including an NBC Sports piece already cited in our entry.
I was going to move the page (thinking of it as something that wouldn't be controversial), but I see that a similar page move appears to have been reverted a couple of months ago. I am editing from a mobile device at the moment; it is cumbersome to add references from a mobile device, but I thought I would at least get the discussion going.
