Fair use rationale for Image:Desecration Logo.jpg
[edit]Image:Desecration Logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Band member bio discussion
[edit]- Ollie Jones (Amputated, Extreme Noise Terror) - vocals/ guitar 1993-present
(A fully-qualified and practicing mortician. Ollie appeared with his fellow bandmates from Amputated, and fellow Desecration member Andi Morris, on the BBC Three reality TV show Singing with the Enemy, working in collaboration with the girl band Fallen Angelz)
- Michael Hourihan (Official myspace page) (Tigertailz, Parricide (aka The Love Grid, a founding member)) (UK), Extreme Noise Terror, Perigo Minas, Scruff (bass) (cardiff)), Stormcrow (founding member, cardiff rock cover band) - drums 1993-present
(Born in Aberdare, brought up in the village of Pontneddfechan in the Vale of Neath, moved to Cardiff in 1993 to study Astrophysics at the UWCC.)
- Andi Morris (Official myspace (Amputated (Full time member), Mulch (UK) (Full time member), Funeral for a Friend (Full time member), January Thirst (Full time member), Irony of Christ (Live and recording sessions), In Crimson Ruin (Live sessions), Extreme Noise Terror (Live and recording sessions)) - bass 2005-present
(vegetarian, animal rights activist. Andi appeared with his fellow bandmates from Amputated, and fellow Desecration member Ollie Jones, on the BBC Three reality TV show Singing with the Enemy, working in collaboration with the girl band Fallen Angelz))
- Not obvious that there is any discussion to be had... might be possible to incorporate some of this information into the body of the band biography, but we need to remember that this is an article about the band Desecration, not its members; their personal Myspaces offer absolutely nothing to the article, and are considered spam. A separate concern regarding the general souring of this article is its reliance on primary sources... the band's official website, their record label and the like are really inappropriate for much material, particularly contentious material. For example, regarding band members being arrested, that needs sourcing to an independent, third party source (a print news article, for instance). Blackmetalbaz (talk) 19:45, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
