The result of the move request was: moved. Consensus that the proposed spelling, "Draycot", is the WP:COMMONNAME among the most trustworthy sources. (non-admin closure) ModernDayTrilobite (talkcontribs) 15:41, 8 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm looking "Draycot, Oxfordshire" up on Google, and it seems to show "Draycott, Oxfordshire", so moving it might be violating WP:COMMONNAME. I've created a redirect, but tell me if I'm wrong and why we should move it if we should. ‍ ‍ Helloheart ‍ 21:12, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The correct spelling is with one t. This is what is said on all Ordnance Survey maps of the area and on the minutes of the local parish council and neighbourhood plan:
https://www.southoxon.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2022/09/Tidding-with-Albury-Neighbourhood-Plan.pdf
Tiddington-with-Albury-Neighbourhood-Development-Plan-Examiners-report.pdf (southoxon.gov.uk)
It also appears on Google Maps with one t.
The Wikipedia page was clearly mis-spelled when it was created and correcting it will help to prevent future mis-spellings.
Please make the correctly spelled page with one T the main page and the page with two Ts can be the redirect. 82.1.185.137 (talk) 09:58, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
