Claims & counterclaims are made in the press that the E1 Plan will, or won’t, “split the West Bank in two” in addition to connecting Jerusalem to Ma'ale Adumim. This article is in need of a clear map. JCSalomon (talk) 16:38, 3 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
